When all the pieces come together Each little mo When all the pieces come together

Each little moment from dreaming, to planning, to practicing all compiles together to create a story and path traveled . Each decision and choice made leads to an outcome and a step in your journey.

It’s so easy to get caught up in wanting instant success, in wanting that $10,000 month, when really the success is in the journey.

The moment you can start seeing the small habits and the small wins as big successes in your art business, that is when fulfillment comes faster.

I give myself this pep talk all the time so I’m hoping it helps you too.

This is how I’m bouncing back I’m not going This is how I’m bouncing back

I’m not going to lie, I hit a wall of burnout . Posting everyday was really getting to me . I wasn’t taking my own advice about scheduling and batch working recently and it showed.

Here is what I’m going to do to make running a business Instagram more compatible with my busy life

✅ Focus on my sole purpose on this app

✅ Spend one day a week creating a content calendar so I don’t have to think about it and put too much energy into posting reels.

✅ Write out my captions ahead of time so all I have to do is copy and paste.

✅ Schedule Instagram time in my day so I don’t get frustrated that Instagram is cutting into my business/painting/creating/family time.

Instagram is a business marketing tool is such a valuable asset to pursue, however, learning strategies to make running a profitable Instagram is so important for your own sanity.

Tell me in the comments how you are fitting Instagram into your life?

It’s anything but easy, but it is ….. Complet It’s anything but easy, but it is …..

Completely worthy of your time.

I wouldn’t be me if it’s wasn’t for my art.

The late nights and early mornings build endurance.

The rejection builds grit

The time spent and the accomplishments builds pride

The process encourages growth

If you are an entrepreneur or want to be art business owner, I encourage you to follow along and find community here. ❤️

Getting out of a creative block If you’re an a Getting out of a creative block

If you’re an artist, you’ve been there a time or two.

You’ve gotten sick of your current projects, feel like you’re in a rut, or can’t see past the paper in front of you.

When I get this way, I take a break.

Allow yourself to pause and focus on your life rather than your job. Set a time limit for how many days this break is and when you’ll get back to it.

Then go somewhere inspiring intentionally. Go to an art exhibit, change your scenery, meet new people, go shopping and look very closely at packaging and design elements.

Don’t have your next work be commjsssjon work.

Do something just for you even if it’s off subject or outside your normal medium.

Hope that helps!

Now go create or take a a break! Use this as permission to do either

What are you doing to show yourself kindness? Now What are you doing to show yourself kindness?

Nowadays with social media and the pressure to perform and fit in, it’s more important than ever to be in tune with yourself.

People message me all the time saying how this is a lonely space, whether that be an artist, an influencer, digital marketer, mother, you name it.

We feel that our situations are out of our control, and sometimes they are, however, the little choices we make all add up in the end.

So today…..

Choose a time to give yourself a break

Practice gratitude

Whatever/Whoever you believe in, don’t be afraid to ask for the big things and dream bigger than what you think you deserve

Remind yourself how truly unique and special you are

Realize that everyone is on a growth journey, some are further ahead some are further behind

Give yourself grace, forgive yourself, and move forward.

Mindsets are absolutely everything and once you realize how powerful it is to practice intentional happiness, you’ll start to fall in love with your life again.

❤️

You need to get these We all see hooks for viral You need to get these

We all see hooks for viral reels but how often do you see viral hooks for artists?

Here are 10 easy hooks to put into your next reels for higher engagement and more reach on your content.

Stop what you’re doing and save this reel to come back to throughout the week

✅ “My art now versus when I started”

✅ “You won’t believe how many hours this took to make”

✅ “Looking for art with ______ aesthetic?”

✅ “Do you see what I see in this painting?”

✅ “fun fact about (me or art)”

✅ “Here is what my last client had to say”

✅ “Watch me creat this ____ start to finish”

✅ “You’re not going to want to miss the reveal”

✅ “Did you know… (fun fact about the subject of your art)”

✅ “let me show you my most highly reviewed piece”

✅ “Watch this for free dopamine”

✅ “I had no idea this piece would ___ (some sort of feeling or effect)”

Now pair these with a trending audio and a captivating video.

Again make sure to save these and let me know in the comments which one you’re going to try today!
